Jamestown Man Charged With Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was arrested on multiple charges during a traffic stop Tuesday morning on Forest Avenue near Arterial, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Police said they originally conducted a vehicle stop on a black Ford Ranger that had a loud exhaust and tail lights that weren’t functioning properly.

Officers additionally said that the driver, Adrian M. Coone, 47, was allegedly under the influence of drugs and alcohol.











Coone also allegedly drove with a revoked license.

He was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and various traffic violations.

Coone was taken to Jamestown City Jail.
