COLDSPRING – A Kennedy man was arrested after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office alleged he stole gasoline from a pump station in June near Steamburg.
Daniel W. Gustafson, 26, is charged with petit larceny after deputies said he took gas from a gas pump while the pump station was closed.
Investigators said Gustafson did not pay for the petrol.
Gustafson was released with an appearance ticket.
Deputies said he is scheduled to appear in the Town of Coldspring Court at a later date.
