Ohio Man Jailed After Allegedly Driving Drunk With Children In Vehicle

ASHVILLE – A Ohio man is facing DWI charges after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office alleged he drove drunk with two children in the car Monday afternoon in Ashville.

Brian C. Jablon, 41, is charged with failed to keep right, aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take breath test and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Deputies said they observed Jablon’s vehicle cross over the center line and stopped it for the alleged infraction on Route 394.











Upon investigation deputies alleged Jablon was driving while ability impaired by alcohol with two children under the age of 17 in the vehicle.

Deputies said Jablon was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
