JAMESTOWN – The Jamestown Area YMCA will hold the First Annual Jamestown Boxing Championships to raise funds for the Teen Center Boxing Club.
The event, 2 p.m., Aug. 24 at the Lakewood YMCA, will feature boxers from Jamestown, Erie, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Cleveland.
Among those fighting are Tony “El Bravo” Torres, Josh Brunacini, Joel Ambrosini and Emily Hallowell.
Tickets are $10 presale, $12 at the door and $20 for ringside seating. Tickets are available at the Jamestown and Lakewood YMCAs.
