BUSTI – A Kennedy man is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop Saturday evening on Busti-Stillwater Road, according to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department. 

Travis S. Weiler, 32, was allegedly observed speeding. Police also alleged Weiler was intoxicated, and that he had an open container in the vehicle.

Weiler was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated per se .18% or higher, driving while intoxicated, speed in zone and open container in a motor vehicle.

Weiler will appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
