HANOVER – A Dunkirk man was arrested Sunday evening after he allegedly operated a jet ski while intoxicated in Lake Erie, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Nicholas Kozlowski, 28, was charged with boating while intoxicated and boating while intoxicated per se.
Kozlowski was processed and released to appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date and time to answer the charges.
