MAYVILLE – Arguments in the trial for a Conewango man charged with rape will start Tuesday morning in Chautauqua County Court, according to a court clerk.

Dennis L. Park, Jr., 34, is charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree criminal sexual act in connection with a Jamestown rape.

Park is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at knife-point during an incident last July on Marion Street in the City of Jamestown.

Park previously served time in the Gowanda Correctional Facility for first-degree rape, according to the New York State Correctional Database.
