Two Charged In Narcotics Investigation

MACHIAS – Two people were arrested Monday afternoon following an investigation into the selling of illegal narcotics at 9656 Main St., according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. 

Deputies said they found powder cocaine as well as scales and packaging consistent with the sales and distribution of illegal narcotics.

John Kulczyski, 46, and Vicki Eisenhardt, 48, were both charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia.


Kulczyski was additionally charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as failure to registered with the New York State Sex Offenders Registry.

Eisenhardt was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and deputies said multiple charges are pending and more arrests will be made.

Kulczycki was arraigned at the Town of Machias court and was remanded to jail held on $25,000 cash bail.



Eisenhardt was issued appearance tickets for her charges and is due back to the Town of Machias Court at a later date.
