
JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown woman was charged by Jamestown Police following an investigation at 12:48 a.m., Wednesday on East Fourth Street near North Main Street.
Police said Jennifer L. Blake, 30, of Jamestown, was walking and officers stopped her, suspecting she had outstanding warrants.
Police said Blake gave them a false name and they determined she had multiple outstanding warrants out of Jamestown.
She was also found to have methamphetamine in her possession, police said.
Blake was charged with false impersonation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
She was remandedto the Jamestown Jail pending arraignment.
