FALCONER – Ellicott Police said a man allegedly threw an item at a victim during a domestic incident Wednesday at the Budget Inn.
Police said Shawn L. Washington, Jr., 33, was taken to the Ellicott Police Department for processing. Washington, Jr. was reportedly taken to UPMC Chautauqua for a mental evaluation.
The victim reportedly sustained pain, swelling and bruising in the incident.
Police did not say if Washington, Jr. would be charged.
