
JAMESTOWN – A husband, wife and boyfriend trio are facing charges after Jamestown Police said they fought with each other during a domestic dispute Saturday afternoon at 307 Allen St.
Officers said that Mary E. Rodriguez, 29, got into an altercation with her boyfriend, Paul M. Otto, 28, while her husband, Steven Rodriguez, 32, was present in the house they all reportedly reside in.
Mary Rodriguez allegedly pushed Otto several times, broke his cell phone, eye glasses and ripped off his shirt.
Otto then allagedly pushed Mary Rodriguez to the ground and her husband, Steven Rodriguez, then allagedly stepped in striking Paul several times.
Police said Otto and Mary Rodriguez both struck a door causing damage to it.
Additionally, police said the incident took place in front of a six and two year old child.
Mary Rodriguez was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree felony criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Otto was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Both Mary Rodriguez and Otto were taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
Steven Rodriguez was charged with second-degree harassment and released with an appearance ticket.
