JAMESTOWN – Two Jamestown residents were arrested Wednesday morning on drug charges after Jamestown Police said they seized methamphetamine and heroin in a traffic stop on Windsor Street.

Police said the driver, Malcolm B. Bull, 28, allegedly possessed drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, and more than 16 ounces of marijuana that was located in the bed of the truck. In addition, Bull allegedly drove with a suspended license.

The front seat passenger, Lovella A. Kellom, 32, allegedly possessed 4.7 grams of methamphetamine and 19 bags of heroin.

Bull was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and other vehicle and traffic violations.

Kellom was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Both were taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
