Teen Charged After Allegedly Hitting Staff Member At Randolph Children’s Home

RANDOLPH – A 15-year-old resident of the Randolph Children’s Home is facing charges after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office alleged they assaulted a staff member over the weekend.

The teen allegedly punched the staff member in the face during an incident Friday just before 5 p.m.

The teen is charged with third-degree assault.











Deputies said the teen was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Cattaraugus County Family Court at a later date for further proceedings.
