JAMESTOWN – City of Jamestown Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed the West 3rd Street Kwik Fill early Monday morning.
Jamestown Police say the suspect, who is believed to be of a large build, is possibly a black male standing six feet tall to six feet and two inches tall. He is believed to weigh around 275 pounds.
Police report the man entered the store with a knife at 1:38 a.m. He then threatened the clerk and made off with proceeds from the establishment.
The suspect was last scene wearing a bright yellow t-shirt with a dark long sleeve shirt under it. He also had on dark colored jogging pants with white shoes.
During the robbery the suspect also had a black stocking covering his face, police said.
