ELLICOTT – A 911 call, responded to by Town of Ellicott Police, lead to an arrest of a man, following an alleged domestic incident.

Police said Jeremiah D. Price, 21, was charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and third-degree assault.

He was processed at the Chautauqua County Jail and is to face the charges in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.

Police did not release the time or date of the incident.
