CELORON – A Village of Celoron man was arrested for allegedly fighting with police after he was asked to leave a business over the weekend.

Town of Ellicott Police say Christopher B. Hascall, 47, was previously asked to leave the unnamed business during an incident earlier this month.

On Saturday, officers said Hascall returned without permission to do so.

While attempting to escort Hascall from the property, officers said he began to resist and fight with them.

Hascall was eventually taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $2,000 bail.
