Jamestown Man Charged With Theft At Lakewood Walmart

LAKEWOOD – A City of Jamestown man is facing charges after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Lakewood Walmart Store Monday evening.

Lakewood-Busti Police report Joseph A. Snyder, 35, is charged with petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools.

Snyder allegedly damaged the super store’s property and used a sharp item to open packaging within the store.











Police said Snyder was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
