LITTLE VALLEY – Politicians in Cattaraugus County want to cover the bare breasts on the county’s seal.

As first reported by the Olean Times-Herald, some local politicians say they received complaints from residents while on the campaign trial.

The seal has been in place since the 1800s. It features two women depicted in Greco-Roman style with their breasts uncovered.

Versions of the seal display the breasts tastefully covered up, while others, including one inside the legislative chamber, exposes all.
