
FALCONER – A Village of Lakewood man was arrested for allegedly lying to the police and driving with a suspended license on Tuesday.
New York State Police say Corey Reichardt, 27, was pulled over on South Work Street in Falconer for several traffic violations.
Reichardt allegedly provided police with another person’s identity.
After troopers were able to identify Reichardt, he was arrested.
Further investigation revealed that Reichardt’s driving record had nine suspensions.
Reichardt is charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and traffic violations.
Troopers said Reichardt was processed at New York State Police Barracks in Jamestown and then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
