Fredonia Police Seek Duo Who Stole Fountain Top From Village Commons

FREDONIA – The Village of Fredonia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying those involved in stealing a part of the village’s historic fountain.

Police say between Wednesday night and Thursday morning the top portion of the fountain located in the West Barker Commons in downtown Fredonia was removed.

Investigators believe two subjects came into the west side of the park, removed the fountain top and then fled in the same direction.
