FALCONER – A man was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly striking a person with a television during a domestic dispute in Falconer.

Town of Ellicott Police say Anthony Triscari, 43, allegedly broke property and brandished a dangerous instrument while in front of a child.

Triscari is charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief.


Officers said he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Police did not specifically release where the dispute occurred.
