Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening Woman’s Life

JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man was arrested Monday afternoon for allegedly threatening a woman’s life during a domestic dispute on Genesse Street.

Jamestown Police say Frank Bindics, 43, violated an order of protection while allegedly threatening to harm a female victim.

Bindics is charged with first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and second-degree harassment.


Officers say he was taken to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in the case.
