BEMUS POINT – A local fire department in Chautauqua County is looking for a new logo and asking for the public’s help in designing it.

The Bemus Point Fire Department says in honor of their 100-year anniversary, they are holding a contest to revamp the department patch.

The department is asking local artists to craft a patch that would best represent the fire organization.

Specifically, “Bemus Point Fire / Rescue” and “Est. 1920” should be on the design. The patch should be 4” x 3.5” or 4” x 4” inches.

Submissions are due via email on Monday, February 3, 2020. The organization asks artists to include their full name and mailing address.

The first-place winner of the contest will win $300, second place $150 and third $50.

Submissions should be sent to BemusPointFire@gmail.com. For more information visit BemusPointFire.com.
