The crash, between a van and a snow plow, happened just after 2:30 p.m.
One person was taken to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital with injuries.
The National Weather Service issued a Snow Squall Warning for heavy snow and wind just an hour before the crash.
Forecasters expect tough winter weather to continue throughout Tuesday night.
