JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man was arrested overnight after allegedly threatening a person during a domestic dispute on E. 6th Street.

Jamestown Police say Shamori Houston, 39, took the victim’s phone while they were trying to call for a ride to leave the apartment just after midnight Saturday.

Houston then allegedly threw the phone against a wall, causing damage.

Police say he then prevented them from leaving after threatening physical harm.

Houston is charged with unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Police say Houston was arrested and taken to Jamestown City Jail.
