ELLICOTT– A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening a person with a weapon at a Town of Ellicott home on Thursday.
Ellicott Police say Nicholas Evans, 26, forced his way into a bedroom of the residence causing damage before allegedly making the threats.
Evans is charged with third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief in the case.
Police say he was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ellicott Court.
