
JAMESTOWN – After a snowy past few days, the weekend will be calmer and quiet as a winter storm will move out of Western New York Friday, leaving the area with a few leftover scattered snow showers.
For the remainder of Friday afternoon, snow showers around with highs in the mid-20’s. Another 2-4 inches of snow is expected, with higher totals off to the east.
Tonight will be mainly cloudy with snow showers possible. Lows in the upper teens.
The weekend will be calmer as compared to the last few days. For Saturday, a few morning snow showers will taper off leaving for mainly cloudy skies. Highs in the mid-20’s.
Sunday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a snow shower or two. It will be a bit warmer with temperatures in the mid 30’s.
Early next week we’ll see temperatures reach near 40, with a chance for a rain or snow shower each day.
