City Of Jamestown Duo Arrested After Allegedly Fighting Police

JAMESTOWN – Two City of Jamestown residents are facing charges after allegedly fighting with the police following a domestic dispute Sunday afternoon in the area of South Main and Harrison Streets.

Jamestown Police say while responding to a domestic dispute call a male suspect, later identified as Trey Cox, 20, engaged in a physical confrontation with investigating officers in an attempt to prevent his arrest.

A female, later identified as McKenzie Little, 19, also allegedly engaged in a physical confrontation with police on scene.











Both were arrested and charged with resisting arrest. Officers say Cox was additionally charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and on a outstanding bench warrant from Jamestown City Court.

Officers say the duo was taken to jail and later released with appearance tickets.
