A four-door Chrysler reportedly rear-ended the sedan, pushing it into oncoming trafficking, before it was hit by a semi traveling southbound.

Police say the girl was ejected from the sedan. She reportedly sustained trauma to her head and jawline.

The girl was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital. Authorities haven’t released the name of the involved parties.
