Police say a red four-door sedan was traveling north on Route 60 when it stopped to make a left turn into the Privaterias parking lot.

A four-door Chrysler reportedly rear-ended the sedan, pushing it into oncoming trafficking, before it was hit by a semi traveling southbound.

Police say the girl was ejected from the sedan. She reportedly sustained trauma to her head and jawline.
