Cooler Weather The Next Few Days Before Heat, Humidity Returns

JAMESTOWN – The first part of the upcoming week will be a bit cooler, but by mid week the heat and humidity will begin to return.

For Sunday, partly cloudy with a very slight chance for a shower or two. Highs in the upper-70’s.

Heading into Sunday night we will be mostly cloudy with comfortable temperatures with lows in the upper-50’s.

For Monday, partly cloudy with a chance for a few showers or storms and highs in the mid-70’s.

High Pressure begins to build in Tuesday which will allow for plenty of sunshine and highs near 80.

As mid to late week approaches the heat and humidity will return as highs for the second half of the week will approach the mid to upper-80’s. Another heatwave could be in the works for the 3rd week of July. This will be something to keep an eye on as time gets closer.
