Meth Production Arrest Made In Salamanca

SALAMANCA — A Salamanca man faces a felony charge after he was arrested for allegedly unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Preston J. Quinn, 26, of 7979 Dublin Rd., was charged following a traffic stop on Washington Street, at 10:44 p.m., Wednesday, poilce said.

Quinn was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and issued an appearance ticket.











The driver of the vehicle, Olivia L. Marsh, 20, of 3050 Elton Rd., Delevan, was charged with improper plates, aggravated unlicensed operation and other vehicle and traffic charges. More charges are pending following the completion of the investigation, police said.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the Salamanca Police Department.
