Man Wanted In Connection With Jamestown Murder Case Arrested

UPDATE: At 11:50 a.m., Jamestown Police says that Talley was arrested in Buffalo by the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force. More charges are expected against Talley pending further investigation, according to police.

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man wanted for allegedly hindering prosecution in connection with the July murder of Brandon Holland is now in custody. 











Jamestown Police tells WNYNewsNow that Jason Talley, 41, was arrested on Monday afternoon. Police expect to release more information soon.

City Court, meanwhile, says that Talley appeared in Jamestown City Court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. Talley was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail without bail.

Talley is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in Jamestown City Court.









Another Jamestown man, Carl Sorenson, was indicted on a second-degree murder charge. He remains in Chautauqua County Jail while awaiting trial.
