JAMESTOWN – The warmer weather is here and will be staying with us throughout the next several days with a few showers possible early next week.

High pressure continues to dominate our weather pattern through Saturday with a strong sun. However with the humidity creeping up over the next few days, afternoon showers and thunderstorms will likely be popping up throughout the afternoon hours almost each day next week.

Another mainly clear night coming up tonight. A bit milder and muggier than recent night. Lows 55 in the valleys, 65 at the Lake Erie shoreline. Light winds.

Tomorrow will be another great day with lots of sunshine but we crank up the heat and the humidity. Highs 81 to 89.

With early sunshine on Sunday and a high humidity, scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms popping up throughout the day. Remember, these will form at random times in random spots. Highs in the mid 80’s.

We’ll keep a chance for a few afternoon showers and thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday with some sunshine in between. It will remain warm and humid with high in the lower 80’s.

Wednesday will be mainly dry with a good supply of sunshine while milder. Highs in the mid 80’s.

A couple afternoon spotty showers and thunderstorms will be possible on Thursday while remaining quite mild and muggy. Highs in the upper 80’s.
