CATTARAUGUS COUNTY — A Cattaraugus County man has been charged with incest and coercion.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says Michael Thomas Kulczyk, 42, was charged with third-degree incest and first-degree coercion for an alleged incident in the Town of East Otto.
He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, pending further legal proceedings.
