JAMESTOWN – If you’re a fan of late season warmth and sunshine then you’re going to love the next several days as the fantastic weather will continue all the way through the weekend and into early next week.
High pressure settled in to our west will keep us dry and mainly sunny throughout this period with temperatures warming up rather nicely. The Jet Stream will continue to pull north allowing surges of warmer air to filter in from the south.
Tonight will start partly to mostly cloudy with clearing overnight. Lows 43 in the valleys, 52 at the Lake Erie shoreline.
Sunshine will be out in full force on Friday with highs 63 to 70.
Saturday will be another fantastic day with mostly sunny skies and becoming even milder. Highs 67 to 74.
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday could potentially be record breakers as the ridge becomes even more predominate. Highs will be in the lower to mid 70’s each day which will put us dangerously close to record territory.
A Cold front will approach from the west on Wednesday and bring the return for some scattered rain showers throughout the day while still remaining mild ahead of the front. Highs in the mid 60’s.
