LAKEWOOD – A 41-year-old man was charged after allegedly exposing his private parts near a house in Lakewood this week.
On Wednesday evening Lakewood-Busti Police responded to a suspicious person complaint on East Third Street near Sales Alley in the Village of Lakewood.
Reports to police indicated that a six foot tall black man with a dark hoodie had exposed his private parts near a house in the area.
Upon arriving to the scene police say John Hollingsworth, 41, of Lakewood, was identified as they alleged culprit.
Officers say Hollingsworth was charged with public lewdness and due to the state bail reform law was released with an appearance ticket.
