JAMESTOWN – The Resource Center in Jamestown is calling on area carolers to take part in a Christmas caravan next week.

The group is organizing its first ‘Caroling Caravan’ for Tuesday to bring joy to the Resource Center’s residents.

Residents are asked to meet up at the Jamestown Bowling Company on Foote Avenue beginning at 5:15 p.m. where they will receive song lyrics and instructions on how to maintain social distancing while caroling.

The cars will then travel as a group at 5:30 p.m. to the Foote Avenue Campus.

Once in place carolers will sing three songs to awaiting residents who may not have the opportunity to get out and enjoy other holiday festivities.

After the first stop the group will break into two additional groups heading to other Resource Center locations.

They are also urging participants to wear festive apparel and, if you are really feeling the spirit, decorate your car too.

Those with questions are asked to call either Marcia Restivo (716) 661-1069 or Vicky Bardo (716) 661-1477.
