ELLICOTT – A Frewsburg man was charged for allegedly driving while his ability was impaired by drugs following a traffic stop this week on Route 60 near Jamestown.
New York State Police say 35-year-old Steven Moller was pulled over on Route 60 Sunday after troopers allegedly observed him make a traffic violation.
After failing several standardized field sobriety tests, troopers say Moller was placed under arrest.
The man was taken to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital in Jamestown where a blood sample was secured.
Moller was then evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of Marijuana.
Troopers say Moller was processed, issued tickets and released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court on a later date.
