Two Charged In Kidnaping Of 4-Year-Old Pennsylvania Girl


CORRY – Police in Corry, Pennsylvania have charged a duo in connection with a kidnapping of a 4-year-old girl Tuesday morning.

Officers were first called to the 500 block of Sciota Street for reports of a domestic dispute and possible child abduction.

The mother of the victim told police there was a fight at the residence when she told the pair, identified as Cheyenne Redmond and Brian Seidel, to leave.


She said the fight became physical, and Redmond loaded the child into a Honda car; leaving the scene.

Police then issued the Amber Alert and issued felony arrest warrants for both Redmond and Seidel.

Pennsylvania State Police in Mercer located both suspects and the child, who was safe, and the Amber Alert was canceled.



Redmond was arraigned on charges for felony kidnapping, felony interference with a child’s custody and simple assault. She was taken to the Erie County Prison with bond set at $100,000.

Seidel is charged with felony conspiracy to commit kidnapping and felony interference with a child’s custody. He was also sent to prison with bond set at $75,000.
