ELLERY – A City of Jamestown resident is accused of driving while intoxicated after New York State Police allegedly clocked them driving nearly 100 miles per hour on Interstate 86 last week.

Troopers say 29-year-old Jackie Chapman was pulled over last Tuesday for allegedly driving 98-mph in a 65-mph zone.

Chapman, police say, was taken to the State Police Barracks in Jamestown where he allegedly provided a breath sample of .16.

Police report Chapman was processed, issued appearance tickets and released.
