BEMUS POINT – Some things just go together. Peanut butter and jelly, cookies and milk, and, of course, Independence Day and fireworks. Now, a local business association is looking for community support to make a fireworks bonanza a reality.
The Bemus Point Business Association is aiming to bring back their Fourth of July Fireworks Show. The event will be held in Bemus Bay and can be viewed from the entirety of Bemus Point as well as Chautauqua Lake.
The Association last hosted a fireworks show in 2019. They are looking for donations to reach a $10,000 goal.
Any donation that is sent in by June 21 will be listed on a “Thank You” page on visitbemuspoint.com. Corporate sponsors will have their branding included on marketing materials, and extra funds raised will be allocated to future Bemus Point events.
More information about the fireworks show can be found visitbemuspoint.com/events/fireworks. To donate, you can go to gofundme.com/f/BemusPointFireworks.
For those interested in becoming a Showcased Event Sponsor or need an invoice for corporate sponsorship, the Association can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
