DUNKIRK – Music on the Pier is returning to the City of Dunkirk this week.
The summer concert series kicks off Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
The first two performances on June 24 and July 1 at 5:30 p.m. will take place at Memorial Park rather than on the pier.
This is because local officials feel there will be larger than usual crowds after the event was called off last year.
After the 4th of July festivities, musical routines will return to the pier starting on July 8th.
