Man Jailed For Alleged Undergarment Theft

SINCLAIRVILLE – A 30-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly stealing undergarments from a Sinclairville home this week.

New York State Police say Kevin Pattyson was arrested for second-degree burglary on Monday.

It is alleged that Pattyson was caught read handed by homeowners inside one of their bedrooms.











The man, troopers report, was physically removed from the residence and detained until police arrived.

Police say Pattyson was allegedly in possession of several undergarments belonging to one of the homeowners.

He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail following processing.
