WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden is encouraging Americans not to get complacent as the country works to vanquishing the Coronavirus.
On Tuesday, Biden outlined steps his administration will take over the course of the summer to help all Americans get vaccinated.
He said the focus will be on bringing shots to those who still haven’t gotten them.
Biden said the administration will work on meeting Americans where they are, offering shots at work, pharmacies, and at big summer events.
The president also discussed the COVID-19 surge response teams that will be sent to states facing problems with the virus.
“We’re mobilizing what I’m calling COVID-19 Surge Response Teams. These teams are made up of experts from FEMA, the CDC, and elsewhere across our government. And they’re going to help states that have particular problems, prevent, detect, and respond to the spread of the Delta variant among unvaccinated people in communities with low vaccination rates,” said Biden. “Some states have low vaccination rates. We’re going to deploy things like testing to expand detection of the virus, medicine to help treat the infected and we’re going to provide federal personnel to fill gaps in staffing and technical experts to help investigate outbreaks.”
Biden said his administration will also work to get vaccines to family doctors, so children ages 12 to 18 can get vaccinated during back-to-school checkups or physicals.
Why not print the entire report?
“We need to go community-by-community, neighborhood-by-neighborhood, and oft times door-to-door, literally knocking on doors,” Biden said.
Knocking on doors? What’s next Forced Vaccination?
Will the people knocking on doors be wearing “Armbands”? I did NAZI that coming, well actually I did.
Whomever wants the shot, has already taken it. It is still NOT FDA approved. It was only authorized under Emergency Use, (which means there was no other treatment available).
Cases are down, so much they started bringing out the “people quarantining” #’s …. just to keep the fear going.
