WARREN (Erie News Now) – A man was killed, and a woman was taken to the hospital following a crash in Warren County Saturday evening, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

It happened on Scandia Rd. south of Hatch Run Rd. in Glade Township around 6:35 p.m. 

35-year-old Adam English, of Warren, was driving a silver Ford Taurus southbound at a high speed when he lost control of the vehicle over the crest of the hill, troopers said. 


The vehicle went airborne and hit a mailbox then a tree before coming to a stop, according to State Police. 

English was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger – 28-year-old Stevie English, of Warren – was taken to UPMC Hamot by medical helicopter. 

Neither were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, investigators said.
