It’s Homecoming Week In Jamestown

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown High School is celebrating its Homecoming Week with a Homecoming Parade and Varsity Football game this Friday.

The week started Monday with Spirit Week at JHS. All week-long students celebrating with a different theme ending the week with “Red and Green Day” on Friday.

Additionally, a Homecoming Parade kicks off Friday at 6 p.m. Allen Park and ends at Strider Field. Immediately following the parade, the JHS Homecoming football game starts at 7 p.m.











The Homecoming Court will be presented at halftime with the crowning of the King and Queen.

This year’s court includes: Hanna Bigelow, Nicole Carlson, Camryn Cedarquist, Camden Austin, Caleb Bane, Jaylen Butera, Mason Chapman, Hannah Grey, Torion Leeper, Rylie Loomis, Kylie Luce, Cadence Main, Bradley Galeazzo, Drayce Garland, Ethan Haight, Gary Moffatt, Olivia Nellis, Haileigh Rhodes, Marissa Rosado, Ava Steenburn, Madison Taylor, Christian Pumford, Phillip Seager and Gideon Thompson.

On Saturday, the school will hold two separate outside Homecoming Dances behind Jamestown High School, and is for JHS students only. Freshmen and Sophomores from 5 to 7 p.m. and Juniors and Seniors from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.









Following the weekend’s festivities, the school will host an Anti-Bullying Day on Monday where everyone is invited to wear a blue shirt to school.
