CONEWANGO – A Conewango man is accused of calling in fake bomb threats to an area school.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Dominick Brisley allegedly worked with another person, who has not been identified, to call the Sheriff’s Dispatch center on Oct. 10 and Oct. 11 reporting the threat.

During the phone call, it is alleged Brisley also threatened local law enforcement and first responders who might respond to the incident. He has since been charged with making a terroristic threat.

Brisley, deputies report, turned himself in and was processed and released.

The school was not identified by police.
