Police Accuse Woman Of Driving High During Randolph Traffic Stop

RANDOLPH – A 30-year-old Cattaraugus woman is accused of driving while impaired by drugs following a traffic stop in Randolph this week.

New York State Police say Karlie Hallett was pulled over for allegedly committing a traffic violation on Main Street in Randolph on Wednesday.

After reportedly failing several standardized field sobriety tests, troopers said Hallett was placed under arrest and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.











She was taken to the State Police Barracks in Olean where she was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert.

The trooper alleged Hallett was under the influence of narcotics and Central Nervous System stimulant.

Hallett was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph Court next month.
