One Hurt Following Crash Near Jamestown

ELLICOTT – One person was taken to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital following a vehicle crash on Route 60 near I-86 exit 12 in Jamestown.

New York State Police say the crash happened around 4:45 p.m. when Ana Lopez, of Warrior Run PA, allegedly failed to stop at the stop sign and ultimately crashed into a southbound vehicle on Route 60.

The driver of the vehicle struck signed off treatment. Lopez was transported to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital.











She was later issued tickets for failed to stop at a stop sign, speeding (under special conditions) and reckless operation.

NYSP was assisted by Fluvanna Fire and Gerry Fire Departments and Chautauqua County EMS.
