State Police With A Reminder For The Public Before Getting Behind The Wheel

ALBANY (WENY) – State Police with a reminder to the public to clear car windows of snow and ice especially after a storm.

Following an accident that involved a Troop car and another vehicle, an investigation determined a driver hit the back of the Troop car, The Trooper with the car was helping at the scene of an accident when the other car struck the troop car.

According to State Police, this was due to the driver’s windshield not being defrosted. They want to remind the public to always clear the snow from your car and make sure your windows are clear when you get behind the wheel.











State police did not mention where the accident took place or the time of day.
